Clear sources. Explicit boundaries.
The clinic owns its price book and service definitions. Estimates retain the price version, charges and exclusions used. The software does not invent missing prices.
Staff need clinic-authorized access. Patients verify access to shared records. Uploaded documents must pass security checks and clinic review; uploading a file does not mean it is approved.
An approved estimate still needs to be shared. An appointment request needs clinic confirmation. A past date does not prove attendance.
Current examples are fictional. Real-patient use requires clinic onboarding, agreements, security review and operational approval. This preview is not a claim of HIPAA certification or a guarantee of a final bill.
