Calculator inputs

The planning tools calculate in your browser. The annual plan comparison does not send your inputs to our server, store them in an account, or put them in the page URL. Refreshing clears its inputs. Downloading a CSV or printing saves information to the destination you choose; manage those copies yourself.

Sponsorship enquiries and email

The sponsorship form prepares a message locally. Nothing is submitted by pressing ?Prepare enquiry email.? If you open your email app and send the draft, your email provider processes that message and we receive the information you chose to include, including your sender address. We use enquiries to discuss and manage proposed sponsorships. Do not send health records or insurance account identifiers.

Hosting and basic access information

Our hosting provider may log request information such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser details, and request times for operating and securing the site. This is separate from calculator inputs. We do not claim that infrastructure logs are anonymous.

Advertising and cookies

Google ad serving is currently paused. The site retains an AdSense ownership verification tag, which is not an ad request. Direct sponsor cards use ordinary links and do not receive calculator inputs. This version does not load advertising or analytics scripts or require an advertising cookie preference to use the tools. A cookie preference saved by an earlier version may remain in your browser until you clear site data; it is not used to authorize advertising in this version.

Sharing and external websites

We do not sell personal health information, insurance leads, or calculator inputs. Hosting and email providers may process information needed to deliver their services. When you follow an external link, including a sponsor link, the destination's own privacy practices apply.

Requests and security

For questions or to request access, correction, or deletion of information you sent us, email info@ushealthcosts.com. Applicable rights depend on your location. We may need to verify the request. No online system or email service can be guaranteed secure; avoid sharing sensitive information.

Children and policy changes

The site is not intended for children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has sent personal information. Changes to this policy will be posted here with an updated date, including before introducing new advertising or tracking behavior.
